China Rising issue..

I haven't been around the PS4 in a while and got on today. I tried to play some maps of China Rising and it asks me to pay for it. I entered the code when I first got bf4 and I downloaded it but I had to wait for the CR release date. I did the steps offered by EA on their website. I called sony and they said the fault is not on their end. Had this happened to anyone else?

That's weird. I was able to just enter in the code is worked right away.

I had to go into the PS Store and download it, should be around 330MB I believe.
Pull down menu on the DLC page on the left, select free version.
