Ninja is pretty awesome when you use him correctly, however, he does move a little fast and then gets himself killed. I've learned he needs to be deployed last and then just finish up the fight.

Yep, you definitely have to be careful how you use the Ninja.
Can I get some feedback on base design? I have normally followed the "conventional wisdom" that you want a nice compact base, with walls surrounding the important stuff. But this blue portal, along with the fact that griffins don't give a damn about walls, has me rethinking this strategy.
So I've been toying with the idea of, rather than try to keep the attacker out, just let them right in and use your walls to split the group up. "Divide and conquer", I guess. When the attacker's troops stay together, they have a good chance of focusing their fire on your buildings to take them out one by one. I am still shifting things around, but I'm having a little bit of luck using my walls to guide the troops where I want them to go, while my guys can flank them and thin the herd as they march through. Or, a lot of times half will go down the path where they get flanked and the other half will go down the other side of the wall and their forces are split. They end up spreading their damage around more so my towers don't get taken out so easily.
Anyway, like I said, I'm still tweaking it and I was just wondering if anyone else has tried something similar.

rolled the ninja this morning.
I have the champion snowman and ninja now.
problem is these low level elite heroes are taking the place of my executioner pain-da and cyclops that rape. I dont know what to do.

You mean low level legend heroes? It doesn't take very long to level them up in the dungeons. Just pick a dungeon that you can beat with one or two high level elite heroes, and let them do all of the work. Right before they finish up, drop your low level legend hero in to reap the xp for free. Just keep in mind that the xp is split evenly between them, so use as few heroes as possible and still not lose any.
Just log on 3 or 4 times a day, and use all of your dungeon runs each time. You could probably level your ninja to level 40 in a couple days, and then to 60 in a couple more days.

I lvl all my guys by attacking other players. you can find people with all their resources separated from the troops. drop a couple heros. collect all the reward, end battle once you break 50% and you get all the benjis,xp, and no losses.

Update today. Looks like they gave the Android version 500 gems. They fixed the account switch issue as well.
Rolled crap on my two accounts. Still trying for Pumpkin Duke :(
