Did you level your garrisons to level 2 with exp & honor badges or shards & talents?

You should do both.
Level 40 with 3/9 skill will get you to level 2 garrison.

All my green and blue garrisoned heroes are level 60 with 3/9 skills.

Mine too. It's gets me to level 2 on every category. And level 3 on one where I didn't have a blue hero in there. I'm not sold on the benefit of blue. I'm a green and pink man

With the new hero bonus daily log in, I get the Paladin when I log in tomorrow and the Druid in 10 days.

I don't mind the daily gem bonus, just think the hero one is cheap. Especially since it is only 20 gems a day till day 5 when it turns to 50. Plus all the other free gem options just seems getting the free hero is cheap.
At least making it where you have to log in more often, like
5, 10, 15, 20 days you get ordinary hero
25, 30, 35, 40, 45 days you get an elite hero
50, 60, 70, 80, 90 you get an elite hero

I just got my arse beat 3 times in a row by a guy in arena with level 80ish players. I have level 100-112. This dude has some special talent that I've never seen. The bar slid down like butter

I am ready for IOS boss again as well. I am travelling tonight - roughly 6-11. Sunday night my flight takes off at nine, so I am out for the usual time.

A Succubus alone with high level skill can do major damage in arena. Combine her with maybe a high skill Ninja, plus a Druid and maybe a PD (both of which have skills that increase your allies' ATK), and you have a pretty strong team that can easily beat heroes of much higher level, especially considering that skills stack. For example, a Druid with skill lvl 4 increases everyone's attack by 25%, and a PD does the same. When they both proc everyone has 50% boost to attack (not to mention increased attack rate thanks to PD), so then when your Ninja procs his lvl 4 skill (500% strike), he's going to do 750% damage. Toss in a Cupid that stacks another 25% DMG in addition to increasing everyone's proc rate, and you might be unbeatable. That's not even considering high level talents thrown in.

Pumpkin Duke's (PD)ability Celebrate increases ATK, ATK rate, and MOV SPD of allies by 10% for 8 secs. Percentage increases by 5% every skill level.
What he said that stacking Druid and Pumpkin Duke's abilities give you a huge attack % increase combined with an attack speed increase. If you add Cupid whose ability also gives an attack % increase, you have a massive advantage of +attack % over the other group of heroes. The advantage is exacerbated by the arena buffs as well.
