Can anyone tell me about playing Skyrim Online?

I’ve googled it and I understand that It’s multiplayer and you get to interact with other gamers. Can anyone tell me about the gameplay? Is it any good? Would you recommend playing it?

its fun, but its really just a time sink. if you dont have a ton of free time that you are looking for a way to burn i'd probably just play a game with a single player campaign.

I assumed OP meant Elder Scrolls Online, but it could be those.
