Saw it in the damn case. I asked the guy he pulled it out and try ed to scan it but it wouldn't let him sell it. Is there anthing I can do? False advertising?

Probably nothing you can do. They sometimes do that but the register has to have an override for it to be sold, and I doubt a worker would risk their job to give someone a game early - especially from Walmart.

looked like they had about 6-7 copies. His excuse for them being in the cabinet was that he didn't have anywhere else to put them.

I was a manager at a retail store and LP licks their chops waiting for a chance to catch someone doing shite like that. Just my experience. They could get in big trouble from the manufacturer for even putting it in the customers view. That's just what I've seen, but I guess if you can find an idiot out there, go for it.
