I watched Stout for a good while yesterday and he was sniping a bunch. He had a shitton of "Critical" hits. So I think headshots are a bit easier. He also did take time to line the shot up too though.

I just thought it was weird that I didn't have any sniping perks and I could drop people as quickly as I could. And I wasn't taking my time either. I had fun with it, but if it's this easy, it kind of negates some of the advantages of Zero.

I need to take a screenshot of one of the heads we unlocked for Zero. Straight out of an Aliens movie. Made me want to switch characters.

I'm still confused on where you change those. I've tried to do it from the menu and I don't see the option. I know there are terminals in the game that you can use, but not sure which ones they are.

No clue, I had it unlocked from having the original Borderlands, so just selected it when I created my dude.

Thinking back on some of the videos I've seen, I think there is an actual vending machine that lets you do this. Don't think I've run across one yet. There might be one in that first settlement, but I didn't look super hard.
ETA: We've actually found new skins in those ice blocks you can break. SO MUCH STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you just need to have a profile that can be found, don't need to have done anything in the first game, so if you just fire up the original and create a character you should be good.

Do you have PS+? Just get the free game, do a quick save file, and then see if you get it. Or buy it used at a Gamestop and bring it back for a refund before the 7 days are up.

One of the first snow villages you come to. The one with the bounty board and the dude standing next to it. That one has a station.

That's just a quick travel station, I believe. I didn't see any other options with it.
