nah, just the actual ammo capacity. i haven't ran short at all yet. however, i just killed nine toes in just under an hour, so, i'm sure i will eventually.

In your mission log, it tells you what level the mission is scaled at. Keep an eye on that.

You unlock each level as the colored bar reaches it. The far left skill is fully unlocked. The middle skill has the second tier unlocked and getting close to the third.

Limited - 1 skill point per level increase, right?

There's a level cap of 69 (think you might need one of the DLC's to up that), and there are 106 point slots available there, so you'll be lacking somewhere.

To hit 69, you have to run through all of the DLC.
