Seriously, an SMG with fire elemental is so entertaining and very efficient. You won't have to use as much ammo because they will eventually burn down to charcoal.

I'm sure I'll give them more of a chance this time. I preferred a higher fire rate and stopping power over elemental damage. Neer could find one that I felt had a nice balance.

I made it to a 15 and and somewhat enjoying the game, but what the hell does TK's gun do? Doesn't seem to do much at all. I am mainly using a shotgun and some smg. Can't seem to find a very powerful good gun yet. If I do, I can't use it yet so just sell it.

That's all you can do. You'll find tons of stuff that is not that great compared to what you already have, but you'll take just to sell. When I'm in a party, we'll just split the stuff we know we'll pawn off.
As far as TK's Shockwave (I assume that's what you're talking about), it's just a fancy shotgun that shoots off these soundwave looking blasts. It might be powerful, but I hate using it.

Main thing I look for in SMG's. No matter the damage, if you can pump a ton of bullets into something in a short amount of time, it works out. Reload time is also a big factor for me.

Yeah the shockwave. It isn't very powerful at all from what I've seen. I finally either sold it or dropped it somewhere to find another one. I think in the arena area. It wasn't helping me on round 2 at all.

That's the shotgun I use. Noz and I did the mission where you get the mine key. We got so fricked up. A level 15 Bruiser depleted my shield and most of my health in one hit. I'm a level 14 for fricks sake. We got the key and went to the safe house but after not being able to move past the first vending machines for what felt like an eternity, I made a tactical retreat.

That's the one I need to do next. Those enemies in that area are pretty tough though. I went in as a 13 and 14 and was having troubles. Not sure that being a 15 would be much better, but I need to go back in

Are you keeping up with the latest shields? That the one thing we are constantly looking out for. Fast recharge rate, and hopefully some health regen. And I guess the one thing I don't like about TK's Wave is it doesn't feel like I can be all that accurate with it.

I have a few shields I think. I sell most of them and try to keep the ones that have the green numbers I think. I'm sure I have sold some that were better by not knowing what I am really doing in the game with leveling up stuff and whatnot. I just like to run over things and shoot things.

Like I said, check the daily deals in the vending machines. And if something is a few levels ahead of you, save it. I found a shield that had a fast recharge rate with health regen about halfway through the game in a vending machine that was better than every shield I saw the rest of the game.

I'll check it out when I get on this evening. Thank you. I'm slowly figuring out the game. Never been a big fan of rpg type elements and games. I tried Fallout and nuked a small town near the beginning then stopped playing.

I've probably said this before, but it really annoyed me finding gear in the mid levels and not finding anything better than it for the rest of the game. Like that SMG I was talking about, I had that thing for a long time.

Or I'm guessing that hotel you are at when you actually blow it up. I'm sure they would have room.
