bought mine through 2nd turn on ebay. its a refurb., but it plays great. Had a scratch on the top and didn't have the original box but other than that perfect working order. i paid 245 plus tax for a 40gb. LINK

broken ps3+ 120 gig harddrive+ sony $150.00 trade in= $250.00 brand new ps3 with 120 gig harddrive.
I did it and the 60 gig ps3 unit was the best unit made.Totally backward compatable,wifi,bluetooth and everything else. LINK

Bought my 60gb PS3 from them for $267 plus tax. I'm switching out the hard drive out for a 500 gb next week when it comes in so I can put all my movies and music on there.

Doing it myself. Seems pretty easy to do. Just remove a few screws and format the HDD.

UPDATE:

My HDD came in today. Installation really is that easy. You pop out the black piece, take out the blue screw, slide the old HD to the right. Take out the 4 screws holding the HD in and replace and put back in the screws. Then you format the new HD and thats it. It even keeps all your system settings in tact.

What is everyone's PSN and what games should I get?
