I have recently found my box of old games and system pieces and parts. I have other games for other systems, but I mostly have NES games. I honestly want to try something just to playing the NES games. I'd like to pay less than $50. If any of you have experience with any of these machines, let me know what you think!
Thanks!
Thanks!

May should just sell the games depending on what you have

Just buy a raspberry pi on Amazon and get every old game ever made installed on it.... win?

I’d search eBay for a refurbished NES. That’s where I got mine and it works great.

Get an authentic system - if you already have the carts it’s the best way to go.
Otherwise I say go PC with adapter for original controller

It's pretty simple to replace that pin connector, IIRC.

Then you don’t get to blow on the cartridge and wiggle the grip part back and forth to get it to work.

I splurged and got the Analogue Nt Mini. I can't say enough good things about it. They've been released in limited runs, so you may have to buy one on eBay.
Analogue Nt Mini
It costs more than you prefer to pay (I think mine was around $600). I'm mainly sharing for anyone else who may venture into this thread, thinking about purchasing it.
