Well, I can for sure say that the PC version will be better than the PC Version of MW2. I play majority PC games, so I'm not quite sure how the BF series holds up on consoles... I know matches can't hold quite as many players on the consoles. But from what I see in this thread it seems like people enjoyed it.

I would say it will be "better" because it's less arcade-ish. You have things in BC2 like bullets that lose height as they travel, having to lead your shots, etc. Not to mention the engine it runs on looks awesome.

my damn beta doesn't have working sound - but it's still amazing. battlefield games have amazing sound, so I wish it would work.

For sure. Good to see someone else as excited as me about this. MW2 was a major let down for me, and this is the game I'm looking forward to most right now in terms of FPS games.

The engine is just incredible. The video you posted has some of the best sound effects you can have in a video game. Being able to level a building all the way down to its foundation is another great feature.
