Anyone having Xbox One Party Chat Problems?

Can't seem to cut on chat. Always get a message that says "Unable to turn on chat at this time. Try again later"

Figured it out. My buddy who I was trying to chat with is in a hotel right now and apparently the internet is shitty. It was fine when I tried to join up with someone else.

Meh any piece of new technology will have issues within its first month or two it is out.

Notice party chat didn't exist when the original 360 dashboard was launched. Same as majority of the stuff that you see at the top of the current dashboard. They will listen to feedback and make adjustments over time.
