I finished the main part of the story, family reunited, blah blah. Now I'm just hunting down cultists, and I've had to rely on google quite a bit to figure out how to find some of them (some are only found with certain side quests and I'm not seeing how I would figure that out which quest on my own). Combat is really good right now so it's fun exploring areas on the map I hadn't touched yet. But is the payoff to uncover the Ghost worth it?

I'm almost resigned that this will be another AC type of "ending", more about the experience than the payoff. But if you finished it, did you feel it was worth it? I just found a quest to unlock one that involves hunting a minotaur in a labyrinth. Pretty hype for this.

I don't think you've "beaten" Odyssey until you finish the main story, hunt down all the cultist, and shut the gates to Atlantis.

That said, I don't recall anything special for beating all the cultists. The identity of the main one is a pretty neat twist.

What he said. I have the final two unlocked before the main cultist. Actually was fighting one and had her health down to 25% and accidentally fired off an arrow at a Athenian soldier and over the next 15 or so minutes wound up killing 20+ soldiers and 4-5 mercenaries and realized how far I was from the cultist and just said frick it.

I completed the story though and just have to return to Atlantis to seal it.

My favorite was always fighting a mercenary and 2 stronger ones show up.

Paid the bounties after that.

So I think I have 3 more cultists and 3 more leaders to kill before the Ghost is revealed.

I'm playing right now because I wanted to play a game solo and dependent on only me. I am finding the game enjoyable and very time consuming. The fighting takes some time to get used to but the key is finding a fast travel spot in as many spots as you want. Yet I never know if I should fight for the Spartans or the Athenians. So I just went Spartans because of the movie 300.

The dynamic with Alexios (or Kassandra) is confusing and it's another reason why I prefer Bayek. You are a mercenary as well, so you fight both sides at any time, but they'll still ask you for help. I found a quest where a guy was tied up and left for wolves, and as he asked for help, Alexios responds with "I don't work for free, how will you pay me?"

Just seemed like a dick move for this "hero" of the game and I hope they don't teeter on that line for Valhalla. Although you're a viking so I'm sure you'll have those moments.

How long can this game go for? I went back to the initial island and the message board is gone. I guess it won't let me go back to complete side missions

I have close to 70 hours and I haven't done a TON of side stuff.

Yeah, that's weird. Not sure.
