For fricks sake, you can go to any Goodwill, find a nice atari, with 90+% of games for under $100

It's not simply a retro console. If that's all you wanted they've released like 10 mini console in their Flashback line. LINK

It's basically a mini pc for people who don't feel like building one themselves that also comes with a large library of old Atari games. Could you build something similar for cheaper? Sure. But then again a lot of people don't want to do that which is the entire reason home consoles are still around in the first place.
