Baylor won 40-30. I didn't figure out how to control Griffin until the 3rd quarter. I had the ball inside his 10 down 10 with under 2 minutes to play. I called a play and made a throw over the MLB I had made several times in the game already, but this time it was picked off. It was a throw I wouldn't have normally made in that situation, but it had worked 3 times before that.

All in all it was a decent showing for my guys. We came up short which is disappointing, but we are still a very young team. Nearly half of my starters were freshman so the future looks bright. What stings is that it was the coaching, not the talent that was the difference in the game.

No. I couldn't figure out how to pressure Griffin while covering the receivers and preventing a scramble for 15 yards. His whole offense revolves around rolling Griffin out and waiting for someone to come open or scramble for a first. If I had figured it out before half I think I would have won. By the time I learned to stop it it was halfway through the 3rd and too late. I made a late push, but I needed more time than I had.

EZ, how in the frick are you signing so many players. It shows you have 30 commits now. WTF. I thought it was a 25 max. Are you losing a bunch next year?

I might be finally turning the corner on recruiting. Had a terrible class last year but will probably finish inside the top 15 this year. Going to be tough next year without Locker.

The only bad thing about this game is that you will never see your work payoff. It will be almost Feb. before we get season 3 started and probably not get through season 495 at the most), right when these commits are starting to get in the lineup.

Yea, what's the deal with ez's recruiting? In the 360 dynasty he has more than 25 recruits too. 8 5*s 15 4* and 6 3*? Ez, have you discovered a glitch?
