# 15 USF 21 Syracuse 6
i know i could of scored on that last play but i figured it would have been unsportsman like. My defense gave up some yards here and there but overall they played lights out when it counted. My offense played well but i was disappointed in my interceptions.

yep good game man, this game showed me how much Syracuse sucks. They have zero speed and that's what really killed me in the end.
I hope my recruiting class brings in some speed.

Whipped up on an easy Uconn team. 3/4 of their TD's were from their incredibly fast RB on long long plays. My secondary is slow like everyone else's.

The advance will be at 9pm central time tonight. Due to numerous concerns on the timing of advances we will have to slow this league down a bit, or it will crumble at our feet. The advances, instead of being 24 hours apart, will come 30-36 hrs apart to enable everybody to get thier games in. I am sorry to the people who have been shafted by the advances, but if you can not play by the posted time, please post on TD or text me just so that I know. This is my first time running a league and it should be fair to all involved, the people with time to kill like myself and those with actual lives, wives, kids. Since we are opening the window, the advances will be made when posted, no excuses, if there have not been any objections posted here or texted to me.
P.S. Tulane is a recruiting machine and I have to thank the City of New Orleans for that. I might actually pull 2-5*'s and a bunch of 4 stars. Not bad for a team that is only 2* prestige.

Where are most of them from? Did you have to bring them up to 1st or did a lot of them have you in their top 3 to start?
Cincy sucks for recruiting, btw. ECU was better. I don't see how CUSA is a better conference or how ECU has more tradition than Cincy, but oh well. They are a better overall team.

i usually target the recruits who have me in thier top ten from the start...i have groomed 1 or 2 whose lists i was not on

i tried pulling in recruits that had me as n/a and for the most part i'm still n/a with them. i'll have a good but not great class coming in this year. My team is still young so thats good.

I doubt I'll get him, but I've been able to move the #1 corner from N/A to #6 on his list.

FYI my laptop is dead, and I am having to order a new power supply. If anyone needs to contact me for user games a text msg will likely be more reliable here for the next few days. Also I will be out of town Fri-Sun dealing with some last minute crap from my wife, and will be unavailable to play until late Sunday. If we can work around it great, if not then it's not the end of the world.
