Zucchini Lasagna

Trying to get back on the low carb train. Anyone have a good recipe for a zucchini lasagna?

I just made this one a few nights ago, turned out great.
I did double the Mozzarella, halved the spinach and left out the mushrooms.
It's not super low carb because of the tomatoe paste and sauce but it made a ton so the per serving carb count was still reasonable.
