Real Estate friend of mine was looking into purchasing and renovating in that area. Everything on that strip is bought up. It'll be the next Feret within 2-3 years.

Maybe it will work this time but that corridor has been set up like that for a while and nothing has stuck

Honestly at stretch from Delachaise to around Bordeaux is probably one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city.
