can you imagine what it's going to look like once Whole Foods/Costco and a dozen other businesses open at Settlers Trace??

Unbelievable.... and then they're building this mini-mall kinda thing on Ambassador between the K & B and the new Our Ladies of Lourdes Hospital.

panera bread i think. that area by target/whole foods/burger place that i can't think of/academy is going to be traffic hell on earth soon.

Burger place is 5 guys. When I went to STM in the late eighties, there wasn't much out there

When we bought a house out here in the early 90's the McDonald's was there and the Albertson's was there. And Women's & Children's. Everything else was just "country."

On one hand, I love that we are close to lots of good shopping opportunities. OTOH, traffic is just a pain in the arse.

Costco (and Panera, I guess) is going to be in the shopping center between Walgreen's and the new Lourdes. I love/hate this idea. Having Costco here will bring in other good retailers, or so I hear.
