Not bad at all. The hotter the better as long as it doesn't start tasting bad to just be stupid hot.

Was my go to forever. I like it better than pro-boil, but it turns the water color almost a neon orange color, which kinda weirds me out at what is in it that could be doing that.

I kinda got tired of the Zats powdered seafood boil seasonings...so I've moved on to other stuff.

I saw the Chackbay discussion and need to try it. Also haven't tried liquid yet which is kinda crazy since I've been boiling for decades. Now I live in central TX so just try to keep it simple. I added cayenne to the second batch but this Zatarain's did a really goof job of bringing the flavor & heat.
