Zaps Gumbo to Go Prairieville

I pass this place all the time on Old Jefferson near Oak Grove Primary. It's a house it looks like with a drive thru window and a sign for Gumbo. I can't find any info online about it. Anyone tried it?

I passed the other day and was intrigued but it was pouring down raining so o didn’t stop.

I live right by there but I’ve never stopped. Haven’t heard much buzz about it.

They have sold soup for the last few years. I bought some shrimp and corn from them a couple years ago and it was good. Bought a quart.
I thought they had closed for awhile but saw they are open. Maybe only during the cold months.
