PW is a good site. I watched her show a few times, but wasn't too entertained. I didn't think it was really a fit for her, but maybe it's improved since then.

Yeah, I thought she sounded flat and unnatural. I couldn't watch. It was painful.

After hearing about ya'll cooking steaks in a cast iron skillet and then in the oven, I've tried it using Golfers simple instructions and now my steaks come out perfect every time...I'm not sure I'll ever grill steaks outside again.

We still do them outside- in cast iron on a propane burner. We will not do them ON the grill again.
