i have a 3 year old tree in my yard...its healthy and growing slowly but it has not flowered yet. plant it in a very well drained area with 100% full sun (not even a little shade)

I’ve got it in a pot currently, but I’ll transplant it to my yard maybe early spring. My back yard is full sun with mostly river silt (lot of crawfish activity in my soil). I’m planning on fencing off a garden section this winter to keep my dog from killing everything with his piss. By spring I plan to put a mix of fruits and veggies inside the area, mostly herbs, olives, blueberries, citrus and cherries.
On another note, I gave my mom an apple tree for Mother’s Day around 2017 and it is pumping out hundreds of apples now.

it’s gone thru 3 winters no problem. Stays green. I don’t know what variety it is though someone gave it to me but it was from a local nursery
