Well, point me in their direction because I've tried numerous places (such as Manchu) and none have measured up to hers.

I’m going to have to try this next time I’m in the city. Never heard of it. Sort of sounds similar to Pho but more meat and no star anise, fennel, cloves, cinnamon, etc. but with that nice beef broth, noodles and a hard boiled egg.

I've had it all over town in hole-in-the-wall places. I don't even remember their names because I don't go into the same neighbor twice in a short period of time but I do go all over town.

Well like I've said I've gone to several other places, but none are as nearly good as hers, which is why I always seek her out.
