I found a vacuum packed seasoned pork roast in the freezer that is a little over 2 years old. No ice crystals visible and looks like air didn't get in it. Still good?

if it was vacuum packed, you're good.

You should be good to go if you don't see any nasty looking freezer burned spots on it and it passes the smell test.

Freezer burned meat has a very distinctive smell to it in my opinion.
