There is a Cocdrie thread on the OB that got me thinking about the dish at Coco Marina. Anyone have a recipe for it? The owner of Coco was always kind of an arse and would never tell you the recipe.

its just BBQ shrimp, its made with wine so they tried to tell tourists it was some special local dish with secret recipe 
you can go online and there are several variations of it. just make the sauce without shrimp until you find the one you like best so you dont have to use up a bunch of shrimp trying them out, unless you want to
