A couple other places have bought the rights; City Limits in Sulphur (failed) and I happened to pass a place the other day, but don't remember where it was.

I think the hitch is finding a quality purveyor of pickled jalapeños for their mayonnaise.

I believe that they were building a bar/restaurant in Jennings. Rumor is that construction stopped due to the owner having health issues.
