I also don't hate it. It's just another fried platter type place that populate south Louisiana. Just not IMO a place to get one of the best meals when you're there

Sad. It was one of the best two or three places in BR when it was in the old house on Highland years ago. I heard it went downhill after MA's divorce. Haven't been there in quite a while.

Gumbo and fried seafood yes. Everything else no. Thier fish dishes are way over priced. The Norman or the something else was horrible. Baked fish topped with wayyy to much butter cream n mushroom. Just not a fan of it.

I agree. They use their own boiled crawfish to make it. A rarity anywhere. Plus it comes with a salad. One of the best deals in town IMO.
