Not AUCE, but Duckroost and Porch Light Grill have some of the best crawfish in Ascension Parish.

T-Wayne’s too but I for the life of me can’t figure out their hours of operation.

If you're willing to go to Gonzales, you may as well drive 15 minutes further and get them from Hole In Da Wall in Port Vincent. It's not all you can eat but it regularly has the biggest and best prices around.

City Cafe and Porchlight Grill offer AYCE but not til later in the season

Foo Chow in Walker does a seafood buffet on Saturday nights that is surprisingly legit. Blue crabs, snow crabs, crawfish, plus all of their regular stuff. They use LA crawfish and actually do a pretty good job with the boil. I think it’s $21.99, well worth it

every place has all you can eat. you just have to pay for it.

Go to Porchlight Grill. You won't be disappointed.
