Who does the best Kung Pao and Mongolian Beef in NOLA?

I understand these are different dishes, but I have a feeling if you can execute one well, you can do the other. Asking for a friend.
Hong Minh in Harvey does a great Kung Pao.
Little Chinatown in Kenner does a good Mongolian.

Most kung pao are ruined by loading it down with filler , watery shitty zucchini. It needs the nuts, maybe a touch celery, and loaded with chili peppers.
