Couldn’t agree more on both points. I had no clue but happened to be in the store when they were putting it on the shelf for the first time. Jeff opened a bottle and we tried it. In a true Martin’s pick fashion, it was really good so I walked out with one.

Curious on your thoughts of it. For a 3yr, 116 proof I find it drinks like a much older bottle. My simplistic review is that it taste like candy. lol.

This is my favorite smoker combo so far. Still going with 1/2 recipes so I can try more. Noah's Mill, Tattersall Italiano, bitters, and apple wood chips.
