How does the NOBF stack up to the stellum rye? Essentially they're the same price. I have come close to buying it a few times.

I like the NOBF better. It's aged a bit more in the barrel and you can tell as it has a bit more complexity. I love the Stellum too tho. Not sure rye diff but the Stellum to me has more spice.

I'll have to pick one up next week. I've added seven ryes to the mix over the last several weeks,but I think there's room for an 8th. Still waiting for the EC rye to hit local shelves too.
