2 weeks as in the 21st? I’ll be on a remote beach somewhere getting hammered and fishing on a guys trip. Next weekend would be slick doe, the wife n kids are out of town 
I did not post a step by step of the ribs but it’s easy. Season with your rub of choice and vac seal. SV at 150 degrees for 24hrs. Pull out of bag and let dry off and cook a little. Slice individual ribs. Dredge in flour (I used a new one wondra). Flash fry 375-400 for 1-2min. Since I didn’t season the flour I dusted with rub right when it came out the oil.
High proof bombs in the house
