Stopped buy both Joeys and Toots. Bought rib eye and filet steaks from both. Joeys has prime meat if you ask for it, Toots has choice. Joeys has a great selection of different items including soup, flank plus a few special items. I had the ribeye sandwich and loved it.

Can't wait to try the beef from both.

Last night I cooked the filet from Joey's and wanted to report back to the board. They have both choice and prime cuts, I bought the prime.

I used the reverse sear method taking it to 125 degrees in a 275 degree gas grill. I let it rest for 15 minutes while bringing the grill up to 500 degrees with a cast iron skillet on top. Searing about a minute on each side bringing it to 135 degrees.

The steak was the most tender piece of meat and best steak I ever ate. Thanks to those who recommended Joey's.
