Where to buy grass fed beef in St. Tammany

Looking to buy some beef directly from beef farmers. Anyone on here have experience doing so locally to St. Tammany parish?

These are going to be pretty pricey in my experience.
Also, search the Facebook marketplace for small time farmers that raise cows on the side as a hobby. I bought a half cow last year from a guy on the marketplace for about half the cost.

There is a Farmers Market every Saturday at 609 No. Columbia St.. There used to be some folks there who sold their own beef. I 've not been there in a while.
Abita Springs and Mandeville also have Farmers Market.

Good luck. I buy from a farm in Tangipahoa. Ordered a 1/4 when I started hearing of the packing plant issues. That 1/4 will be ready late June.

Just bought a half this week. It is in north Louisiana around Rayville, but might be more than you want to drive. Look up 4F Cattle Farms. Not sure if they have any left.
