Over here for work and about to head back to Louisiana. Would like to hit a nice grocery or meat market before I leave as my options back home suck.

I am now......Rudolph's, Kuby's or Burgundy are all good butchers in Dallas. If you are in the burbs then I have no idea.

David's Meat up in richardson/garland area is good too. You should check out Jimmy's down on Bryan St and Haskell maybe.... It's old school Italian food store with a lot of prepared foods and sausages.
