I won't lie. I drink Abita primarily because it's a Louisiana beer.
Are there other craft beers that I like better? Yes. But, the flavored varieties (Purple Haze and the Strawberry) are my favorite "fruity" beers. That doesn't make a ton of sense, but you probably get my point.

Let me make this very clear. I love to support local beers. There are so many better beers but I like keeping it local MOST of the time.
I do love Hoegarden, Blue Moon, etc.
