We bought a few from them a month or so ago and they were great pies. Just passed by and saw they are closed for good. What the hell? And Sammy’s is opening next door.

They never had a crowd inside but tons of to go orders. Guess it wasn’t enough. Anyone have any information?

That was my favorite pizza when I was on that side of town. Sad to see them closed.

Mr. Omar was the heart and soul. When he sold, it was just a matter of time.

But Omar sold quite a few years ago I believe. Didn’t he move somewhere to be close to family?

Anyway. I enjoyed the place.

I never understood the love for that place, and I live within walking distance. It always seemed like an insanely oily pizza IMO.

Probably because they are surrounded by the Subway pizza places and he charges too much to compete
