You ate a 1.5 lb steak for breakfast?

That day is very hazy, but we either went to Doe's or Robertos for dinner.

So I definitely had steak for dinner too. It was my only cheat day for three months.

Normal day right now for me at maintenance is ~2650-2700 on a non-lifting day
~3500 on a lifting day

And yes, it is depressingly low.

Damn. My sympathies. Kudos to you for being disciplined. I'd have to take up hot yoga, or distance swimming, or something hard core, if my caloric needs were that small. Either that, or intermittent fasting.

If you ate an XL hand tossed pep and sausage pizza from Domino's, washed it down with a 20oz coke, and had a pint of Ben and Jerry's American Dream you'd be looking at 4,880 calories

And I find it hard to believe just about anyone could do that without hacking, but I'm also not 400 pounds so maybe they can. I couldn't eat on meal like this in a day and not get sick

I do a version of this. My first meal of the day is ~12-1pm (lunch). It is typically smaller, and then I have dinner around 6-7pm. I didn't grow up on snacks, so I don't buy them as an adult either.

I'm fortunate that I don't wake up as early as most since my clients are west coast, so I'm not going all that long awake before I eat.

A Costco pizza has over 4k calories.

The whole pizza? If so, that actually isn't that bad considering.

I logged my food for about 3 months one time and my average consumption while working was around 1800 to 2000 calories.

Not working and drinking I'm gonna guess 3000 to 5000 depending on the day.

Can I sub the coke and hippy liberal douche ice cream for an extra pie?

216 carbs? That’s more than I eat in a week.

Same, but it's really easy to do. If I didn't watch what I eat I could easily eat 6k calories/day. Over Thanksgiving I ate almost half a pecan pie one night. It had 95 carbs per slice.
