I never got the remaking of thanksgiving food for Christmas, once is enough. We have tenderloin and gumbo today. Couldn’t be better.

I'm working in an ER today.

One nurse made a big chicken and sausage gumbo, I made 20 lbs of potato salad, and everyone else made random sides, finger foods, and desserts.

Made eggs and bacon for breakfast.

About to serve boiled shrimp and cocktail sauce.

Dinner will be prime rib, fresh green beans, and roasted sweet potatoes. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge for dessert.
