That's a bummer. The few in lafayette I've eaten at seem to be doing decently enough. In Austin, TX the trucks are out of control, and they have multiple locations where the trucks stake out in groups.

I won't say nastiest ever, but they never seemed crisp. That for me is key. Always seemed like they were a little old and soaked up some grease.

Really good attempts at dressing the fries with unique toppings.

Pelican House should have tried to get them to move in.

how much worse can they get? moldy? covered in cigarette ashes and pigeon droppings?

stale, cold grease sponges constitute a no return from me.. but that's just me.

Crinkle cut, pre frozen, tons of preservatives and kept under a heat lamp tops my list as worst. (I'm looking at you Canes)

What curbside lacked in texture they made up for in taste.
