My post was about local Louisiana breweries in general. As a brewery if you don't have a juicy beer in your lineup you're doing it wrong. I understand not wanting to jump on the bandwagon, but the demand is there and then some. I'm talking about evolving into what the consumer wants. Craft beer drinkers no longer want just a standard flagship lineup. We want creativity. And right now we want juice. SC isn't doing well in that sense.
