Those chairs are awesome. Wish I could run across them somewhere. I'd buy 4 of them.

Nothing on the smoker today. Catering BBQ for a party tomorrow though. Chicken, ribs and a side (when they pick one) for 50 ppl.

I have the older version of those. Love the way they rock.
Bought chairs and table at Home Depot a few years ago. Liked them so much bought another set.
Last time I saw them there they seemed to be made a little lighter. Still sturdy but not as heavy duty.

Nothing on the smoker since I'm out of town for a conference most of next week.

However, I have Sea Island Red Peas soaking, Carolina Gold Rice in the fridge, and Benton's hickory smoked bacon.

Tomorrow will be Hoppin John the correct way, straight outta the 1800s. None of that canned black eyed pea crap.

Just got done with about 50 strips of beef jerky from my homemade smoker box. Still tweaking the recipe as this is only the second time I've used it for jerky, but it's nothing to sneeze at.
