We typically boil crawfish and have family over at our house, but with everything it looks like it'll just me and the wife with our 4yr old so not sure if we are going to boil or just order some already boiled. I thought about maybe getting some oysters, I get them off the shell and in the bucket and I grill them in a cupcake tray with whatever fixings you want to cook them with.
For Sunday we usually grill, I just saw in another thread somebody is doing a prime rib roast and that kind of got my interest. I've got a Cajun microwave that I haven't fired up in a bit so that sounds like a good reason
