Was given a pack of wagyu beef bacon, and not quite sure how I wanna sue this stuff. I'm throwing a party Saturday and was between maybe wrapping them around cream cheese filled jalapenos like I would normal bacon, or maybe cooking it and making an hour d' oeuvres and wrapping them around some nice cheese?? The have a ton of fat/ marbling...anyone got any ideas?

Just be aware that beef bacon usually ends up more greasy than pork bacon.

Good to know... kinda seems like the armadillo eggs are out in favor of something that allow me to pat it down after cooking

Don't wrap fatty bacon around something that's already fatty (IE, cheese, cream cheese, etc). If you want a bacon wrapped individual bite, why not do bacon-wrapped water chesnuts, brushed with some soy/worcestershire/brown sugar. Those were a 70s classic that deserve to make a comeback.

Or buy some pitted dates, stuff each with a whole almond, wrap with bacon, then gril. If almonds don't thrill, a sliver of dry spanish chorizo is also good stuffed inside the date.
