My butcher just screwed up my order basically I ended up with 7 lb of ground blade roast. I didn't want to make him eat it so I bought it anyway. But what in God's name should I cook with it?
I don't freeze beef. So it needs to be big

You’re going to have to rethink your rule.

Unless I'm buying them, there's no one within a mile
But meatballs on the other hand... Those i could do.
