Kenji, Adam Ragusea, ATK, and Food Wishes are my go-to. Josh Weismann and Babish used to be on my list but their content has turned to crap IMO lately. I also used to really enjoy Bon Apetit, but they went extra woke.

Alex the French cooking guy needs to be in there as well, I found he doesn’t suffer the curse most YouTube food channels face if they don’t find a good unique format. Basically ripping each other off and just getting more lazy as they start making more money. There is so much content stealing on a lot of these channels.
