My go to steak is a sirloin. We have a local butcher shop in town which cuts them thick. They are quite lean, tender, and very flavorful. Great steak for the money.

Brah. I knew I'd turn you on to that aged ribeye. When I buy it, I have to buy a filet for the ole lady. She has no idea what she's missing. The dog always sits next to me. He know what has more flavor.
