St. James Parish- Bonfire Capital of the World!
Grew up on Blue Runner Red Beans (original owners and producers were both from here)and Veron's Smoked Sausage a local staple for many years.
Caught catfish in cans from Lake Des Allemands and fried it ourselves...best catfish in the world!
