Is he ever going to open his joint here? I know his comptroller died a month or so ago so that may have slowed his progress.

St. John Parish here...andouille capital of the world. Also the best boiled Lake Ponchartrain crabs you'll find anywhere.

St. James Parish- Bonfire Capital of the World!
Grew up on Blue Runner Red Beans (original owners and producers were both from here)and Veron's Smoked Sausage a local staple for many years.
Caught catfish in cans from Lake Des Allemands and fried it ourselves...best catfish in the world!
