Raspberry sorbet. Maybe bittersweet chocolate but I doubt it wins out over the sorbet.
PSA here: sorbet and sherbet are not the same animal. I see many intertwining the words as if they are, or in TulaneLsu’s case, mashing the words together to make a hybrid - serbet.

I always got red velvet cake. I have tried other versions since I moved away and nothing comes close.. in fact, others have never even been a "second try" worthy..
